He was extremely helpful in explaining the pros and cons of what Mazda had to offer as well as other SUVs on the market. That attention to detail was a welcomed change to my impression of what a salesperson could be. We ended up going with the CX-9 and we're absolutely happy with it. Thanks again Joe! More
