Pre-Covid it was always stressful leasing or purchasing a car. The game playing, the dealing from the bottom of the deck, the lost hours at a dealership and driving home with what you came in. Enthusiastic knows the product line, explained all the tech features, patient and has a sense of humor to boot. I was there for 2.5 hours and 30 minutes included returning my declared lemon to Subaru down the street. Tomorrow I will have had my 2022 CX5 for three weeks. Through the years I’ve tried making a deal for a Mazda and drove off with something else. It’s a great product but honestly the biggest selling point is this Mom and Pop dealership, Cooper Nelson and a shout out to Safue Alailima in Finance. Such a stress free process thanks to Cooper. He’s a good guy. More

I cannot not tell you how nice it was to finally deal with people who are good at their jobs and want to make sure that you the customer has a great experiance., they even put a big red bow on the car because my wifes birthday was coming up in a week.
