When I called HB Mazda about mirror malfunction (not folding when locked) I asked the 1st Service adviser if this was an on going problem. His answered to my question was, “I’ve never heard of it being a problem” I thought, “I have a 2020 CX-5 with 11,000 miles on it ! I have an issue that the Dealer has never heard of. OMG ! But, as it turns out, it does seem to be an ongoing issue ? Now obviously, a person can’t know everything, (I don’t) especially about automotive repair and service. You had my car from 5:00 PM on Monday and I was called today, Thursday Feb. 3rd. that the car was ready to be picked up. The mirror problem was under Warranty and I am thankful of that. All of the service advisors I dealt with were professional in the way they took care of their business and ‘our’ business. Thank you for washing my CX-5 while it was in your care. Gene Hart More

HB Mazda was the third place I took my vehicle for a check engine light, including another Mazda dealership and an independent mechanic. HB Mazda diagnosed the problem (a fuse!!!) and even gave me a loa check engine light, including another Mazda dealership and an independent mechanic. HB Mazda diagnosed the problem (a fuse!!!) and even gave me a loaner car to drive while they did so. Highly recommend! Daniel listened to my concerns and the mechanic figured it out in short order. All this after I had spent a lot of money replacing something that wasn't needed elsewhere. Now I know this is where I should bring my car for an honest assessment. By the way I drive a 2012 Mazda 6 and I was treated so nicely even though my car is older! More
