From the first contact (email) our entire experience was with Huntington Beach Mazda was exceptional. Very friendly email exchanges, plenty of follow up prior to our appointment confirming, and of course m with Huntington Beach Mazda was exceptional. Very friendly email exchanges, plenty of follow up prior to our appointment confirming, and of course meeting Joe sealed the deal. At no point did we feel pressured into make a decision. Joe was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and patient as we absorbed all the information he shared to ensure we were making an informed decision on our car purchase. No high pressure sales tactics, simply shared the pertinent information, understood our needs, and put forward a fair offer which of course we accepted. Also want to say Ramon in Finance was also top notch. Really knows his craft but also, excellent conversationalist. He’s good with the customers and has the cutest son my wife and I have ever seen! All in all, HB Mazda does it right and we are grateful for such a memorable experience and beautiful new 2021 CX5 GT. More
