My husband and I have purchased about a dozen or so new and used vehicles over the years, but never have we had such a pleasant, stress-free experience. We had narrowed our most recent purchase down to a couple of options. Upon pulling into the lot we thought we caught a glimpse of our dream roadster. A sales associate, Eric, promptly greeted us and facilitated a test drive. There was no pressure to bring us inside and talk numbers, and we explained to him that while the car seemed great we were still shopping around. He didn’t try and coerce us in at all. He respected that, and we decided to look at some other cars. Ultimately we came back a few hours later. Eric greeted us but was with another customer so teed us up to a friend of his, George. George was just as friendly and had a bit of wit to him. It made the buying experience a bit lighter than usual. George presented the typical extended warranty and all that jazz, but when we declined he acknowledged and didn’t at all try to pressure, negotiate a deal on the extensions, extra coverage, etc. The paperwork was fast and efficient yet somehow didn’t feel rushed. Each step of the way was smooth and friendly. If we ever buy another Mazda in the future I definitely know where we’ll be going. More

Took my 2008 CX-9 for a BSM issue, and the team diagnosed and fixed the issue without problems. Fernando, service tech, was very helpful and kept me up to date.
