This was the second Hyundai dealership I went to as the first one was one of the most disastrous experiences I had. I was willing to give them a second chance as my spouse was in love with the 2011 Sonata. first one was one of the most disastrous experiences I had. I was willing to give them a second chance as my spouse was in love with the 2011 Sonata. Giving this Dealership a 1 was way to high as well. The Sales person was as RUDE as the one at the first dealership. He sat and stared at us for about 5 minutes or more. I guess because we were brown he was nervous? He finally came towards us and asked if we needed help. We told him what we were in the market for and he left us to go check on the quote, when he came back it was a little over our budget. We asked him if that was the best he could do and he said "are you buying today?"My spouse and I looked at each other and had am oment of deja vu. The conversation began the same way it started at the other dealership. He proceeded to tell us that he couldnt do better. Again, we were totally in shock at that. The moron lost the 2 sales. I undestand that the 2011 Sonata is selling itself but I would NEVER give my hard earned money to some obnoxious sales person who did not take "customer service" seriously. Went across the street to Toyota and Honda after the debaucle and both sales people were amazing. Patient and willing to work with you. We ended up with 2 Toyotas. Tough Luck.
