I bought a pre-owned Volvo, and think that I got a fair price and didn't ever feel like I was being up-sold. They were knowledgeable about the car/model and the additional warranty they were able to offer, as well as the added bonuses of free oil changes and NY State inspections, sealed the deal. Overall a very positive experience! More
