We started doing paper work from 10 o’clock in the morning and, as I had a bit of problem with my auto insurance, it was well over the closing time when everything was settled. Nonetheless, Mr. Rodriguez walked me through the intricacies step by step with patience. Upon hearing that I was soon to be out-of-town, he also negotiated in order to let me pick up my car on the same day, which saved me a lot of inconvenience. The other staffs at Huntington Volvo were very supportive and friendly as well. Nowadays it seems like every dealership touts some versions of ‘VIP’ service, but I don't think it's just a frivolous title there at Huntington Volvo, where I did feel supported as a valued customer.
