I walked into Huntington Volvo one late Saturday afternoon and started looking at the new XC90s. Eddie immediately made me feel welcomed. He took the time to explain the car to me, took me out for a test drive, and explained the various options that I have based on the timeline I gave him. Although we didn't make a deal then, he followed up with me every few weeks until the timing was just right. He gave me the right advice, pulled out all the stops and called in his favors to find us the exact color scheme that my wife wanted, and on top of that, gave us a very, very fair price. So almost 4 months after I first walked into Huntington Volvo, we are now satisfied owners of an '18 XC90! Eddie has been great with communicating, always replying to my emails promptly. He's also very accommodating to us with our various requests and last-minute change-of-minds, always responding with a "let me see what I can do", and always coming through. He is the reason we will be returning to Huntington Volvo again in the future! Thanks, Eddie! More

Great place to find your next vehicle Several months ago I received a call from Joe Vitale about turning in my existing Volvo and getting a new one. At the time I wasn't ready and still had too many months to go on my lease. I asked Joe to follow up and sure enough I heard from him last week. There was never any pressure or the typical car dealership sales tactics. Joe listened to what I wanted and he sure as heck delivered!! I picked up my new S60 two days ago and cannot be more pleased. Joe was awesome to deal with and I look forward to working with him again. He was thorough, quick, informative and knowledgeable. The whole dealership experience was great from the receptionist to the manager. The service waiting room is nice with free coffee and donuts. What more could you want! I will definitely do business with Joe and Huntington Volvo again (hopefully real soon). More

Excellent Customer Service I bought my 2018 XC90 through a third party, but ultimately took delivery from Huntington Volvo. The car was delivered to my home in NJ, and just as i I bought my 2018 XC90 through a third party, but ultimately took delivery from Huntington Volvo. The car was delivered to my home in NJ, and just as it arrived, I got a call from Eddie Ferrari, introducing himself and asking if he could walk me through the car. The car has so much new technology, I was grateful for the offer, but a bit skeptical about how effective the walk-through would be over the phone. I soon learned the Eddie knows this car inside-out, and clearly enjoys introducing customers to their new cars! He was very personable and patient as I asked questions and posed "what if.." scenarios. I asked if he was sitting in a car at the dealership as he walked me through, "No, I'm at my desk." Wow. He knew every detail, every function, every prompt on the touch screen, where every button is located and how they all work together. After about an hour, he let me go ahead and familiarize myself with the car, and said he would call me back later to answer any questions. Sure enough, he called back as promised and again, answered all my questions. He gave me his desk and cell numbers to call if I had questions at any time. He's since checked in periodically to be sure I'm enjoying my new car and to see if I had any questions. Customer service is obviously a top priority for Eddie. He genuinely wants his customers to have an excellent experience and enjoy their new vehicles! More

I had found my car on their website and made an appointment to see & test drive it. Jamie answered all my questions and knew the car inside and out. I felt respected & never felt pressured during our purchase negotiation. Shawn Mayers, the Finance Manager was very helpful & professional. In the time between the purchase and delivery, my calls with questions were promptly returned and answered. They worked with my insurance company and took care of the DMV paperwork. I didn't have to do a thing! Volvo of Huntington is a First class dealership where customer service is a priority. I know that I will be returning here for all my future Automotive needs! More

So right from the start the staff that picked up my phone to talk about the car, not only did she gave me confirmation of the car'savailability, she also went to the lot personally to check the car is there! She also got hold of the manager to made sure the car is free and no one put a down on it! I had went to two dealers, one 90 min from my staten island, the other is 2 hours! Both told me their car was sold last night right before close.....I called and confirmed the minute before my drive to the xxxx dealership! Anyways, the staff at Huntington Volvo was very courteous, Jamie not too pushy, his manager not too pushy, they gave me a clear picture and a reasonable price, the finance manager had everything lined up for me and the whole thing could had taken cared of under two hours. As far as the deal goes, I'm happy with the product, happy with the buying experience, I'd recommend this dealer to my friends. More

Mike Sollo, the salesman, was extremely patient and attentive. He answered numerous calls and greeted me with a smile during my many visits. He even engaged my teenage son making him feel like a valued customer as well. Shawn, who took care of the financing, was so willing to explain every detail to me. When I was not pleased with the interest rate and made a suggestion, he took the time to investigate it and get me a better rate. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership. Even the service department deserves accolades for their honesty. More
