Best price I purchased a new xc90 from Ed Ferrari. He offered me the best price without haggling. Ed is a no "BS" guy. I said "I'll take it" within 5 minutes t I purchased a new xc90 from Ed Ferrari. He offered me the best price without haggling. Ed is a no "BS" guy. I said "I'll take it" within 5 minutes talking to Ed because I spoke to two other dealers before him and their asking prices were higher. I guess they wanted me to haggle, but I don't like haggling, and with Ed I didn't have to. He also provides caring attention to detail. I was late for the scheduled pick up, and he didn't complain, just changed his schedule to accommodate me. He still took the time to explain the car to me in detail. Seriously, I can't think of anyway for my experience to have been better. More

I got an email from the Volvo Huntington dealership that they needed old 2010 XC90s and they were ready to give us a good trade in. Timing was perfect. I emailed the dealership, came in for a test drive of the new car (which is AMAZING) and got a great trade in for my 2010 XC90. The whole experience from start to finish took one week. The process was easy. The sales and finance team were helpful, respectful and just a pleasure to work with. More

Even when you do your homework and walk in knowing what you want, the salesperson will somehow make you feel that you can "settle" for something else, and then try to "sell" you what they want, not what you want.
