Rick Perlmutter, respectful and a great listener!! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out (with a new car, I might add), my husband and I felt, to say the least, comfortable. Buying a new car is not only stressful but at times you feel vulnerable. Even when you do your homework and walk in knowing what you want, the salesperson will somehow make you feel that you can "settle" for something else, and then try to "sell" you what they want, not what you want. Rick Perimutter, Client Advisor at Huntington Volvo, did nothing of the kind. The first respectful thing that Rick did was listen, and he did so with a smile. Rick was not only able to accommodate our needs but was also sensitive to our wants. He understood that we had put up with enough (two months to be exact) and was ready to offer us some peace and satisfaction. From the pleasant atmosphere and sophisticated staff, to the seamless transaction, to the overall friendliness, the entire experience deserves five stars. Thanks Rick!!! More
