We had the pleasure of working with Bernie, who was incredibly knowledgable and worked hard with us to get us into the vehicle we wanted! We test drove our car twice before purchase and Bernie was very patient in answering our questions and addressing all our concerns. What was also incredible about Bernie is that we were honest in our consideration of other makes/models and he was super knowledgable about all of them and was even honest about which makes/models would suit us as well as the Volvo. We did, very very happily, end up the Volvo XC60- and Bernie spend a considerable amount of time showing us all the features, how to use them and set up the satellite radio for us. He assured us that if we had any follow up questions or concerns to not hesitate to contact him. Bernie also followed up twice with us since our purchase to make sure we were settling in nicely, which we are! Also a note about the dealership as a whole, it's beautiful and everyone we crossed paths with was great! After recently being in a bad automobile accident with my son in the car, which resulted in my S80 being totaled, I was in need of a new car. I am thankful everyday that we both survived the accident with mi son in the car, which resulted in my S80 being totaled, I was in need of a new car. I am thankful everyday that we both survived the accident with minor injuries, and that I was driving my Volvo S80. Both my husband, son and myself believe that car saved our lives. The safety features of this car is second to none. I knew that my new car had to be another Volvo. We had went to another Volvo dealership which was closer to our home. What a mistake. They did not listen to my needs and only wanted to sell the most expensive car. We then went to Volvoville of Huntington. It was such a pleasure dealing with them. Our salesman Anthony Mastroianni was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable. My husband wanted me to get the XC90, I wanted another S80. Anthony showed us both cars, and never tried to push us to buy either car, he listened to our needs . After deciding that I wanted the S80, Anthony showed me what cars he had on the lot. None of the cars were the color interior that I wanted. Anthony assured us both he would find one for me. We walked back into the showroom and I saw the car for me, the 2014 S60. Anthony was always mindful of my needs and assured me the S60 was a great car. He was very knowledgeable about the car. Everyone at Volvoville of Huntington from the receptionist, to the finance manager to the maintenance department were friendly, and really gave the customer the feeling that they cared about them. This is my 5th Volvo. I have always been drawn to them not only for their looks, but for safety. My last Volvo certainly proved that safety is most important to Volvo. I have to admit, not all dealerships are even close to the same. It's the way they treat you and the Sales people really are the face of the dealership. We have owned Volvos in the past and have been extremely happy with their performance. It only made sense to stick with the brand when we were in need of another vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership we were informed it had been sold but that another car had come in the night before. Anthony was truthful and honest when he said he had not seen the car yet and did not know what condition it was in. Before we did anything else Anthony said that this car will go through the shop to determine what if anything the car needs to bring it up to Certified Status..... This is our fourth pre-owned Volvo. We were searching for a particular T6 wagon and spotted one on Volvoville's website. We placed a call to Mr. Mastroianni and decided that this car sounded exactly lik for a particular T6 wagon and spotted one on Volvoville's website. We placed a call to Mr. Mastroianni and decided that this car sounded exactly like what we were looking for. Mr. Mastroianni came in the next day, on his day off, to show us the car with no guarantee of a sale. That's salesmanship! The car was perfect. He was so friendly to our seven year old son who sat in every car in the showroom a thousand times, gave us a great price, a great trade in...and we walked out with our fifth fabulous Volvo.
