I noticed an undercarriage issue with my F150 I called and was directed to the Quick Lane. I walked in Galen greeted me asked what the problem was. Galen told me it was a simple fix and no charge. I took my Escape in for service because of a miss. I asked for a change if plugs and new filters. They found the short block needed replacement and said not to waste money on a plug change. I got 2 flat tires on a Friday afternoon. Originally, they weren't going to have my vehicle ready until the next morning. When I explained to them that I needed it for work the next day, Bran Originally, they weren't going to have my vehicle ready until the next morning. When I explained to them that I needed it for work the next day, Brandon and the rest of the team went WAY above and beyond to arrange for my car to be ready by 6pm. I live outside of their complimentary shuttle service area so they arranged and paid for an Uber to take me home while they worked on it. Lo and behold, it was ready for pickup by 5. This was, hands down, the best experience I've ever had with a dealership or service center. You're in great hands at Huntley Ford. More
