I gave a 3 because our salesperson was amazing. He alone gets 5 stars. The low review is because of the finance department. Chas lied about the check they were sending for the license and taxes. He said everything would arrive in the mail within 10 days. 3 weeks later and I’m reaching out to see where the title and check is. After several phone calls and emails, Chas returned my call the next week. I was told the check was made out to the courthouse for extra( he estimated the fees at 10%). He said the courthouse will give me cash for the difference. Well I went in and guess what? They don’t. So I’m 3 business days out from my 1 month and I have a check that’s no good. The title department was contacted and no response. I called Chas and he had to talk to his boss and the title people. I didn’t get a call back. So now I’m waiting to see if they will overnight a check or reimburse me if I write a check off my account. It’s the empty promises and lies that will make me never return there for business or ever recommend them. Avoid this place!!! More
