When I started doing business with Houston Chevy of Avon Park, Fl. everything was great. I went for oil changes, tire rotations, and basic items that were preformed flawlessly, then came the day that I ne Park, Fl. everything was great. I went for oil changes, tire rotations, and basic items that were preformed flawlessly, then came the day that I needed to have some real work done on the car. Well I presented the extended warrenty to the service writter. Well as it happens, the dealers don't really like doing those so I wait for them to get back to me as to the status, well I don't hear anything so Icall the dealer. I speak to the writter and I get the excuse that they called and are witing to hear back. Well because I used to be in the auto repair business and I do remember how the warrenty process works, I call the warrenty company and guess what, the dealer never called. Two days later I go back to the dealer and while Im standing there the writter calls in and magicly they get in contact with the warrenty company. Of course the warrenty comapny declines as normal. I call the warrenty company and go into a better explanation of what the cause of the problem truly is and they reopen the case, they just need the dealer to call it in and six days later that never happens. So I go to the dealer today and the writter is magicly on her half hour lunch that she is now into for an hour and she doesn't return. Well I really know that the writter doesnt want to face me and have to lie to me anymore so it gets dumped on the other writter. No all of sudden there is a charge that I was not told about and refuse to pay it. Well that writter and I come to an agreement on that suprise charge ( i could have legally refused it, but rather then put him through that I agreed to pay a portion of the charge. I really felt bad for him that a co-worker would put him in that position. Anyway, I will say this, if you go to HOuston for basic service, your ok but if you have an extended warrenty stay away and find an honest dealer that will tell you to your face that they don't really like doing 3 party warrenties. Had they have done that with me I would have thanked them and found a different dealer and I wouldn't have wasted a month of my time waiting on something that was never done and I was lied to. Shame on that writter and we both know who you are honey as you like to call your customers! Good bye HOUSTON AUTO GROUP! More

These people can’t be trusted and will waste your time. I Reached out to Huston Chevrolet to purchase a 2020 Silverado. Went through the process through them and they tried to hit me with an outrageous rat I Reached out to Huston Chevrolet to purchase a 2020 Silverado. Went through the process through them and they tried to hit me with an outrageous rate. They then proceeded to tell me to go get my own financing which I did. We scheduled a time to have the truck delivered, I sent them the copies of my BANK DRAFT. They then totally ignored me for the rest of the day after calling numerous times trying to make sure we were still good for the delivery today 9/9. As I took the morning off of work to accommodate this. I then find out yesterday they sold the vehicle. AFTER THEY GOT PROOF OF FUNDS. The incompetence of this dealership is unreal. They are nothing near honest or someone you can trust, they need to update the slogan. Thanks for wasting my time Huston Chevrolet. I’ll make sure this review goes to every outlet it can so people see who you truly are. Anyone looking for proof of what I’m saying feel free to message me I have screen shots time stamps and proof of all information stated. I wouldn’t deal with the dealership but should you choose to continue definitely don’t work with Dean in sales or Chaz in finance, as they still to this point can’t even be honest. More

I went searching for my first SUV and left with the most beautiful 2014 Captiva there had ever existed. Not only were they helpful with the details of the financing but they took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle. I will recommend this dealership to everyone and will return to purchase future vehicles. But not anytime soon...I love my car!!! More

I was coming from Ft. Myers (on the west coast of florida) and had an appointment with Mr. Hernandez. I was greeted promptly by Mr. Sarmiento and was directed to Mr. Hernandez who in turn said that florida) and had an appointment with Mr. Hernandez. I was greeted promptly by Mr. Sarmiento and was directed to Mr. Hernandez who in turn said that Mr. Sarmiento will help me. He was the greatest. He didn't leave me hanging at all. Usually at a car dealer you sit for 5 or 6 hours before you even know if the loan went through. I was in and out in just a couple of hours. I was sent to see Ms. Boyd and she was well prepared for me to sign all the papers I needed to sign. I was not retained in her office for a lengthy period of time. We went through the papers quickly and she explained each paper that I signed with a sense of understanding of what I was signing. I took the car home with me and had a couple of problems with it. I brought it back and it was serviced. However, it didn't happen all on the same day. They generously gave me a loaner car so that I could return to Ft. Myers (85 miles away). When my car was finished, they brought it to me in Ft. Myers and I exchanged it with the fella who drove it down. Everybody who helped me did so with great attitudes and gave me a sense of being important to them. I have never been treated so well at a car dealership or have them act like I was important. My hat goes off for the staff at Witham Chevrolet. I will be honored to give out business cards to people who want to buy a used or new car. It was well worth the 85 mile (one way) trip. No dealer in Ft. Myers was willing to help me. No one worked with me and I was basically told on three occasions that I would never be able to buy a car from them as I did not have good credit. Again, Mr. Sarmiento set me up with payments that I could afford and used a bank that would work with me. Sure, it's a high interest rate but I did get the loan and will pay it off accordingly. Thank you, Mr. Sarmiento. You did a GREAT job, all of you! Just one more thing, I love the car and have no complaints except one. This can't be changed, but it may be of assistance in the future. The cruise control is on the left side of the steering wheel. It's awkward there as I am constantly "hitting" it and the cruise goes off. More
