Brought one of my 3 Rams they Service there in for Service. Somehow, someone broke the window switch when I went to pick it up it was plain to see. Service manager, Walter Graham, would not fix it. Service. Somehow, someone broke the window switch when I went to pick it up it was plain to see. Service manager, Walter Graham, would not fix it. Nor would he even speak with me when the problem was brought up. So for a part that would cost them about $30, they are willing to loose a customer with 3 vehicles that get serviced there. Apparently customer satisfaction and pride in workmanship are not a priority there. More
