At age 84 I was obviously pre-qualified for false prognosis to the tune of $1,700.00 a repair proposal. It was a complete fabrication. The service performed was great. My only issue is they told me there would be a shuttle going to Lake Placid that I could catch 15 min after my appt time. I was also told the repair My only issue is they told me there would be a shuttle going to Lake Placid that I could catch 15 min after my appt time. I was also told the repair would take two days when I set up my appointment. Fortunately, the repair was done in a couple of hours because there was no shuttle taking customers back to Lake Placid that morning as promised. Instead the shuttle had already left and was headed north to Wachulla, not south to Lake Placid. More
