This dealership does not respond to phone calls,’s or even emails. They had my car for over a month, and I had no communication. I actually had to go down to the dealership personally. Well, here it goes. .. I went in on a Saturday for a oil change service rep was Arturo Chavez... they took the car back and did the oil change then brought it back up. so .. I went in on a Saturday for a oil change service rep was Arturo Chavez... they took the car back and did the oil change then brought it back up. so, I walked back to the desk of Arturo Chavez and he was on the phone. The technician placed the paperwork and the keys on the counter in front of me. so i started to look at the paperwork Arturo snatched the paperwork back and told me it was confidential and that i was not allowed to look at it.. very unprofessional in my opinion.. so i paid my money and left and told myself that i would not be back because of Arturo Chavez...Also when he plugged his computer into the OBD port on the car it made the blinkers act funny and a message would say a bulb was out but all lights worked properly and fixed itself in about a week..so fast forward a month and the car had a issue not related to the oil change so instead of me going out of town to another dealership because i was pressed for time i went back to Huston Dodge and once again Arturo was my service rep so i explained to him the issue i was having with the car and he went out to plug his computer in to the OBD port and told him about the blinkers last time he plugged into it and he got upset and said WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT and walked back inside and told one of the other service reps that i refused him to plug into the OBD port all i did is ask him a question and explained to him what happened the last time i was there so at that point i requested a new service rep and Ariana Patterson took over and she was very pleasant to work with...so because of Ariana and her professionalism. and Marc being very knowledgeable with the problems i had with the car and Shaunah being awesome with helping me get a loaner car i will go back just because of them 3...On the other hand they should not let Arturo work with the public.
