Unexpected repair I had been told that my battery needed replaced several months prior. So when the time came to do so it was a no brainer. They replaced the battery bu I had been told that my battery needed replaced several months prior. So when the time came to do so it was a no brainer. They replaced the battery but after doing so my trucks system reset its air damper settings causing a clicking noise to occur in the dashboard. Since this wasn’t that way when I brought it in for repair, you could probably understand my anger to want it not doing it. The manager listened to my thinking and offered a reduced price to the solution. Knowing that he didn’t have to do this, it meant more to me because he did care about my complaint. Most service departments would have just said take it or leave it. But he was very happy to make things happen even if it was most likely a coincidence that it occurred. I had the repair done and drove away happy. This is to let everyone know they want to help anyway that might possibly benefit you first. More

Great service! I got 4 new tires for my vehicle. They ordered exactly what I wanted, and gave me the cost in advance, along with the option to buy an inexpensive roa I got 4 new tires for my vehicle. They ordered exactly what I wanted, and gave me the cost in advance, along with the option to buy an inexpensive road hazard warranty. They even took the time to take a close look at my spare for me. I also got an alignment, rear brakes, and new wiper blades. There was a rebate on the tires, which they took care of for me. There were coupons on the brakes and wiper blades. There are always coupons. If you don't see them on the dealer's website, just go to Ford.com. Their service is great, their prices are reasonable - compare them to anyone else, and you'll see. Plus, they know my vehicle better than anyone else because it's a Ford and that's their speciality. If I have a question about some future service that I need, all I have to do is run it by Joe, my service advisor, and he will tell me what to expect. I trust Hutcheson Ford to take great care of my vehicle, and trust is what it's all about.:) Plus, I just love my new tires!:) More

Great Service! I had an unexpected, age-related problem come up with my vehicle. They were able to fit me in on short notice, which made me happy because they are my I had an unexpected, age-related problem come up with my vehicle. They were able to fit me in on short notice, which made me happy because they are my first choice of places to take my vehicle. While there, I had "The Works" done. I asked Joe, my service advisor, to have them take a really close look at my tires so I feel safer driving down the road until I can get some new ones. They gladly did, and told me what they found. Then, Joe ordered the tires I wanted and gave me a written estimate. I really like going to Hutcheson Ford. I think all they want to do is take really good care of your vehicle and provide great customer service. More
