How often does a Delership try to save you money on repairs Every time we use Hutcheson Fords Service Department I know the Job will be done right the first time, they are fast courteous and just plain friendly Every time we use Hutcheson Fords Service Department I know the Job will be done right the first time, they are fast courteous and just plain friendly now that's a reasone to bring your vehicle in for service with Hutcheson's fantastic team this time we had a recall on are daily driver they took care of it and changed the oil as part of the recall. Oil change I went in for a scheduled oil change normal they take about 30 minutes. I wait a little over an hour and decided to go take a walk out in the lot and I went in for a scheduled oil change normal they take about 30 minutes. I wait a little over an hour and decided to go take a walk out in the lot and seen my car was sitting in the lot already done with my oil change. So I went into ask and the gentleman behind the counter gave me my key. I have no idea how long my car was finished as I sat and waited. Why ask are you going to wait? If you don’t plan on telling the customer that your car is finished. More

Excellent customer service! Hutcheson went above and beyond with customer service. As we live 35-40 minutes away, and the service was going to take about and hour and 45 minutes Hutcheson went above and beyond with customer service. As we live 35-40 minutes away, and the service was going to take about and hour and 45 minutes, Shirley dropped us off at a local restaurant, we ate breakfast and gave them a call when we were finished, just to have Shirley come back and pick us up.
