Engine light Got in the car to go shopping out of town and the engine light was on, couldnt figure out why so called for service. They were able to fit us in 2 ho Got in the car to go shopping out of town and the engine light was on, couldnt figure out why so called for service. The problem was never resolved I have been to Hutcheson ford repeatedly for the same problem the problem was never resolved. I brought the vehicle multiple times to get worked on . In the 4 yrs that I have owned the car I have bought 3 new batteries in 26,000 miles I was never in all the time offered a loaner vehicle or anything.and each time the vehicle was in the shop it was for long periods of time. Like for up to 4 weeks or so at a time . I had to spend my time as well as people I hired to deliver the car at the dealership as well as have people go with me to pick it up. Doing all of this at my own expense. I will not be back to this dealership More

The waiting area is very comfortable and it feels very welcoming with their complimentary coffee, water, and / or soda with a big screen TV to watch. They had my oil changed and discussed recommendations in less than an hour. The only complaint I had was the next day driving a sunset, I expected that my automatic headlights would be on to guide me as well as warn others with my tail lights that I was traveling down 63 HWY. As soon as I left the streetlights of Rolla, I was shocked that I was suddenly in total darkness. The second shock was to think that I had been driving around with no headlights or taillights. Why would the service person turn off my automatic headlight setting when changing the oil? If it has something to do with resetting the instrument panel to read “100% oil,” I can understand BUT PLEASE turn it back to the customers personal settings! More

Oil change with zero hasslle I contacted Hutcheson Ford by telephone to schedule a service date for my vehicle. They gave me the earliest date that was best for me. They scheduled a vehicle pick up and returned it to me before the end of my work day. I did not have to skip a beat in my regular everyday schedule. Communication was on point.
