Excellent Service Deparmtent They went out of their way to Rolla to pick my vehicle up from the lot I park in while on campus and returned it after the service. I loved that that They went out of their way to Rolla to pick my vehicle up from the lot I park in while on campus and returned it after the service. I loved that that was done as a courtesy and I was just able to stop in and pay on my way home. Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use again. The staff is extremely friendly. More

OK Ford Dealership, but we DO NOT recommend Service Dept. I absolutely love my new truck and I couldn't speak more highly of my Ford. The Service Department has made major errors on oil changes and other services. I will not be using their service department again, as they did not try to please me upon paying the bill. They give not give a discount/s for BOTH major mishaps while I truck was getting paid services done. What a shame. More
