customer service I recently had issues with my radio system. It is the Microsoft ran system. It would just go off and come back on after a few seconds to a few minut I recently had issues with my radio system. It is the Microsoft ran system. It would just go off and come back on after a few seconds to a few minutes. Called Gordy and he immediately started trying to fix it. He was very very nice and extremely patient. It was a warranty issue, so Ford would only let him change the thing at a time. It took from July to September (I believe) to fix it. In the end they ended up sending an engineer from Ford to look at it and from what I understand I ended up with almost a new radio anyway. My only complaint is I wish they would have just let him do that in the beginning instead of me not having my vehicle for days and sometimes weeks at a time. I had 5 loaners. As far as customer service, Gordy should get a huge raise. He is very kind. It seems to be fixed now, I hope. I will continue to use your service department because of Gordy. Can't say enough nice things about him. Overall, I wasn't happy about how long it took to fix, but I am very happy with the customer service and will deal with Hutchinson in the future. More
