Recalls and Repairs Please do not take your car to Albany Toyota...I took my car there 4 times for shuddering, and they did not fix it. I called Toyota Corporate and spoke with Osar and he was very rude and disrespectful. I found out that from Thomasville Toyota that I had 3 recalls, that Albany hadn't fixed. They are very incompetent and do not know what they are doing.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!!! More

Lip Service NOT Real Service Warranty work to be performed on tire. They said they couldnt find my warranty and I ended up calling my dealership in my home town and they had no pr Warranty work to be performed on tire. They said they couldnt find my warranty and I ended up calling my dealership in my home town and they had no problem calling and finding my warranty. Wasted an hour of my time doing their work for them before they started replacing my tire. They could have found warranty by last 8 digits of my VIN. Waited an hour for a tire that was supposed to show up in 10 minutes. No apologies for a 3 hour tire change. When the vehicle was ready for pick up they left the spare tire out in back of car and left the old tire on my back seat marking and getting seat dirty. When I went inside to complain and ask for the job to be completed, they had so much bad attititude. I wouldnt buy a car here or ever have my car serviced here again if they were the last dealership in Georgia. More

Best Service Ever We were 8 hr. drive from home after celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary & a re-union of 101st Airborne vets from Ft. Campbell Ky. in Nashville.On We were 8 hr. drive from home after celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary & a re-union of 101st Airborne vets from Ft. Campbell Ky. in Nashville.On way home had blowout made it to Albany Ga. on donut tire . It was almost 5 PM As I drove into town saw a number of TIRE & Auto places also WALMARTS. None would help us."It was too late in the day" said leave the car. My wife needed to get homeASAP.. Finally I say TOYOTA Said a prayer & drove up to service door. AMAZING! The door opened & Adam a service tech came out . I told him the problem ,he took a look & said "NO problem we'll have you out of here as soon as possible" The entire staff was great. They made sure my wife had ice water as it was 98* . They got us new directions THEN gave me a VETERAN's Discount !! WE were on our way in less than 1 hour . We are still so grateful & have told so many people about all of you. We have owned Toyotas since the 70s. You are the best Dealership I have encountered. THANK YOU !
