We went into the dealership to possibly find a new 2013 Toyota Highlander. Roy was very friendly and showed us the one they had, but we did not want AWD. Kasie contacted us by phone and worked to find us Toyota Highlander. Roy was very friendly and showed us the one they had, but we did not want AWD. Kasie contacted us by phone and worked to find us a new 2013 but in the process we drove the 2014 and decided that was the way we would go. Roy took us for a ride in the vehicle and was very knowledgable. Mike worked with me during the evening and we were able to negotiate what I thought was a good fair deal. He also offered us some good extra service. I enjoyed talking to Robert David also. He was very good about trying to keep it simple. Everyone we dealt with at Toyota of Albany was so very friendly and we are thankful for the experience we had in meeting them all and in dealing with them. More

The sales associate worked with me on finding a used truck in my price range. The service department cleaned it up great. This was a lot better place to buy a car compared to a year ago. I'm so glad that Toyota of Albany revamped their staff there.
