The Only Service Department to Get My Business I became a customer of Pence Nissan of Midlothian when I bought a car from another Nissan dealership in the Richmond area many years ago. I had such a terrible experience with the buying process from this other dealership that I looked elsewhere to have the service issues corrected and found Pence Nissan on Midlothian. I have been a service customer ever since. These guys are awesome! I get my car serviced and have a great time while I'm waiting. They never have me waiting long, they are always thorough and always friendly. While most people dread going to the dealership for service, I look forward to it because I have a good time and always leave with a good laugh. Jevon, Robert, Ricky, Kevin and all the guys there make it one of the best service departments in the area. More

Best Service Department EVER!!!! I LOVE Pence Nissan service department. I've been going there for over 10 years and never experienced anything negative. My service manager, Robert I LOVE Pence Nissan service department. I've been going there for over 10 years and never experienced anything negative. My service manager, Robert Webb is AWESOME!! His team does a great job maintaining my car and when they find an issue, I've never felt pressured to take immediate action. He takes the time to explain what was found and answer all of my questions. I feel secure that my car is in GREAT hands. I also love the preventative checks they perform on my car. They tell me in advance the condition of my tires, brakes, fluid, etc. so I can budget and decide what action I need to take. I won't take my car anywhere else. If you live in Central VA, take your car to Pence Nissan on Midlothian. It's worth the trip! More

Only service department for my Nissans I have been going to Pence for about 8 years and it's the only place the family goes. Been with them for 4 cars and the service guys are really aweso I have been going to Pence for about 8 years and it's the only place the family goes. Been with them for 4 cars and the service guys are really awesome! Never tried to get me to do anything that wasn't needed and only need one trip most of the time. Separate waiting areas for business and families so you can get work done if needed. The sales people are kind of slow sometimes but very nice. You won't be sorry. More

volvo or subaru? decision I had to make....always liked the Volvo dealer---have had two---but the cost was high....always wanted to buy a Subaru Forrester....price bet decision I had to make....always liked the Volvo dealer---have had two---but the cost was high....always wanted to buy a Subaru Forrester....price better, but would I like the service department as much as I liked the Volvo dealership? Hmmmm. OK the ladies' room isn't as n{ticketno:[8003809488]}ice as the Volvo one; the snacks aren't as good; but I get the same great service with friendly, helpful staff and the safety rating on the Forrester was great and the service department is wonderful. Everyone from Rebecca to Wes to Floyd to the nice technician who fixed my trunk (common 94 Subaru complaint) when I just dropped by one day. They are so helpful and pleasant. So far into ownership (9 months); absolutely no complaints and I would make the same decision again: to buy the Forrester. More
