I recently bought my car from this dealership, and it was the easiest, most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had! There were no gimmicks or haggling—just honest and clear communication from start to finish. Ray went above and beyond to make right by another awful dealership (not affiliated in any way). From our first phone call, he earned my trust with his quick responses and transparency. I felt so confident in his service that I put down a deposit over the phone. Despite living 50 miles away, I drove to this dealership based on a recommendation from Hyundai Motor America, and it was worth every mile. Rohan, the Finance Manager, beat my credit union's rate without any of the shady tactics I experienced at the previous dealership. He was respectful, professional, and made the entire financing process seamless. Both Ray and Rohan treated me, a single female, and my son like family. Their professionalism and friendliness made all the difference. They provided clear, honest answers to all my questions and ensured I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I'm so happy I trusted my gut and drove an hour and 30 minutes to work with this friendly, kind, transparent, and respectful team. They truly made what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable one. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth and honest car-buying experience. I was interested in purchasing a pre-owned Genesis from this dealership a month or two ago, and I was met with some of the most aggressive and dishonest sales tactics I've seen in quite some time. Allow me this dealership a month or two ago, and I was met with some of the most aggressive and dishonest sales tactics I've seen in quite some time. Allow me to elaborate. After seeing a reasonable price and fee structure in the fine print online, I contacted the dealer only to receive a final quote with over seven thousand dollars in "mandatory" fees added on: -Crystal fusion -Loss protection (isn't that why I have insurance?) -PDSI (pre-delivery setup and inspection, basically looking over and washing the car) -Outlandish certification costs All fluff and dealership padding. Nowhere on their website were these fees disclosed, mentioned, or even alluded to. After declining to proceed, I can only describe the dealership's reaction as harassment - dozens of texts and phone calls over the course of several hours, continuing even after I requested that they stop contacting me, all the while slowly whittling away at and decreasing the supposedly-mandatory and set-in-stone fees. I blocked my salesperson's numbers at one point to cut off the ceaseless contact, but they ended up calling me from another number with a different area code to get me back on the phone! Shameless, repulsive stuff. Eventually, they relented completely and removed all these junk fees, but I was beyond uninterested at this point. A higher-up manager to whom I provided feedback offered discounts on top of the advertised price online, but also claimed that they had never heard of his salespeople tacking on such fees and that they had "gone rogue," which I had a very hard time believing. Once it was clear that there was no offer that would convince me to purchase from them, the calls and texts stopped. Hyundai City's high-pressure, see-what-we-can-get-away-with approach is a textbook example of why people have loathed interacting and dealing with car dealerships for decades. Even if they do eventually offer you a good deal, don't reward these kinds of business practices. I ultimately purchased a Genesis from a different dealership, and I'd encourage you to do the same. Financed my Hyundai Kona in February of this year. Dealt with sales associate Jabar. Who had no idea on any numbers on any cars we talked about. Then the wait for the financing was a complete nightmare. My wife and I were there for over 3 hours easy. The worse part was I have excellent credit and they push on high interest loans. So I took what they offered waiting my registration and title to come and went with my bank for an amazing rate. After the hours of that nonsense I spun their wheel which landed on 50 dollars of free gas which I’m still waiting for 3 Months later. So that’s this story. More

I bought a Hyundai Venue last year, and I will never advise anyone to deal with this dealership. I cancelled the extended warranty the very next week after the purchase. I went Hyundai City of Bay Ridge to purchase a new car. Only two new cars in the whole place and they didn’t have the one I was looking to buy. Wound up with a nice used car. Not even a response to my email. The salesperson supposedly gave me his personal cell number and he hasn’t returned any calls. I wouldn’t dream of using their service center. Nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Oh one more thing. The salesperson did call me ( before I had questions) to let me know he has a side business - a housecleaning service and wanted to know if I would be interested! Now that’s a lot of chutzpah! Now the finance person was extremely aggressive and kept trying to get me to buy an extended warranty. I must’ve told him 100 times that I wasn’t interested. He tried desperately to wear me down. Even went so far as to tell me that no one can fix this car but Hyundai. Now that’s a lot of BS! As a senior citizen this was very trying. All together I was there in excess of FIVE hours! Only positive was that they provided bottled water and pizza, and of course my new used car. Now I just hope this is a good car. More

Be careful of this place, after you buy a car they absolutely do not care about you. They sold me a car with one key and told me that they would order a second. After over two weeks (which is fine, I absolutely do not care about you. They sold me a car with one key and told me that they would order a second. I went by the dealership and it turns out it was at the maintenance facility, so I got back in my car and drove to the maintenance facility. Then, no one knew that I was coming to pick up the key, and I had to wait there for two hours. They implied it would be 5 mins so I went during my lunch break and ended up having to take the afternoon off work. Then, I get home and come to find out the key doesn’t even work, so then they came and got my car and brought it back and couldn’t fix the problem because the key was cut wrong and then brought it back home. This was only after I got a call while it was in the shop because they didn’t know what it was brought in for. Now I’ve been waiting for about a month for the new key. All of this would be annoying, but not terrible, if literally, anybody returned any of my calls. I’ve tried talking to the salesman, the supervisor, the manager, the service manager, and anyone else, and no one has ever given me a call back. More
