He cut me down the price, and helped me to find the best price for full coverage insurance. I was just enjoying such high level of customer service. The day before I came into two Toyota dealers, where customer service was the worse I have ever seen. Similar was on Ford. It looked like they did not want me to buy the car, they just probably wanted me to leave that place. Also, Bay Ridge Hyundai Sales Manager Camille Ciauri, oh God, she was awesome. I do not wanna say anything now about her beautiful appearance, but the way she was talking to her customer, tried to help, and resolve the situation the best way on my side. Impressive!!! Thank You, guys, for doing well your job, and thank You to help me to get new car and enjoy driving it. Thank You to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with hotel this lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. More

I came in to buy a sonata I drove up to the front driveway where there was a valet sign directing me for customer parking, and before I got out of the vehicle a salesman by the I drove up to the front driveway where there was a valet sign directing me for customer parking, and before I got out of the vehicle a salesman by the name of Anil was outside greeting me and offered to park my vehicle while I waited inside. As I walked in Camile greeted me and offered me water, coffee, soda, and popcorn while I waited for Anil to join me. Anil was very helpful in showing me all the different packages I was able to get on the 2017 Sonata. After we reviewed my credit and my budget we settled on a Black Sonata Sport. Within 2 hours my old car was traded in for my new one which was brought to the front cleaned and smelled great. Limo really helped me out with my credit as it wasn't the best. More
