Peter Scala was the sales consultant that assisted me with the purch I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from the Bay Ridge Hyundai dealership. Peter Scala was the sales consultant that assisted me with the purchase. He is very professional, hard working, friendly, patient and helpful. Peter is very customer centered and is always looking for ways to enhance the quality of the buying experience. He also has a good sense of humor and was very easy to relate to. Peter answered all of my questions and addressed my initial concerns regarding the vehicle. Peter walked me through the process from start to finish, accompanied me on the test drive and with all the paperwork. He took care of all the details and made sure everything ran smoothly. Peter beat the price of other local Hyundai dealerships, something which I greatly appreciate. The other staff at BayRidge Hyundai were also professional and kind- creating a great experience for the buyer. Additionally, they created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Worst Experience I was looking for a new car and found this place on Yelp. I read reviews and saw they had perfect ratings so I believed I made the right decision . First of all the staff is not in communication at all with each other . I had to run my credit numerous times and when I arrived nothing was prepared . Mind you inspoke to someone on the phone and they told me just come in all the paperwork is waiting for me . I should of left then , I was iffy about the car I wanted but didn't want to miss out so I left a deposit . After doing some more research I decided that car was not for me so I called for a refund . Week later I still have not received my money and I am getting the run around . It's horrible ! I spoke to Santiago and he gave me some horrible excuse to come down and when I declined he had an attitude and said he would call me back . I asked to speak to the manager in which Steven was put on the phone and he gave me another story from what Santiago told me . Now I have to wait again for my money . It's been over a month , these guys are just ridiculous . I will be making a complaint and calling BBB on them . Never will I recommend someone to them. More
