Amazing experience! I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Elantra the end of July from Sheppard Motors. Two months prior to my purchase I had gone in and test drove the car to mak I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Elantra the end of July from Sheppard Motors. Two months prior to my purchase I had gone in and test drove the car to make sure it was the car for me. The salesman, Charles DeLong, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was not a high pressure person. I had decided that I was going to wait until the first of the year to make my purchase and he never pushed me to make a purchase I was not ready for. A few months later, my car developed an issue that pushed up needing a car by about 6 months. I was on my way up to Portland to find a deal when I remembered the amazing salesman at Sheppard. I gave him a call and let him know that he had made such an impression on me a few months back that I felt I owed him a shot at making me a great deal. After many phone calls back and forth that day, he made me a deal I couldn't help but accept. I have to say that this was by far my best car buying experience. Everyone I dealt with there was very kind and professional. I got a great deal on my car and most importantly, I got exactly what I wanted without any pressure of having to purchase "up". On a scale of 1-10, I would give Charles and the rest of the staff at Sheppard a "15"! More
