If you're considering doing business with this dealership, you have to ask yourself what your dignity is worth. Salesman Derek Nguyen and the sales manager fails to possess the ability to acknowle dealership, you have to ask yourself what your dignity is worth. Salesman Derek Nguyen and the sales manager fails to possess the ability to acknowledge you with eye contact and let you finish your sentences. They are condescending and frequently speak with a dismissive tone. I was given a very specific number prior to arriving at the dealership and upon my arrival, they introduced to me a whole $2,000-$3,000 worth of fees that was never disclosed in our previous conversations. Derek then proceeded to tell me to not even OPEN MY MOUTH if I'm considering negotiating the price. He also added that he can sell the car in a snap to the next person if we're not interested. If I didn't need to purchase a vehicle that day, I would have put this disrespectful con artist in his place. Derek Nguyen is a dishonest salesman and pathetic excuse for a human being. He has no other useful talent than lying and deceiving people. A sleezy salesperson is the only job he is qualified to be. If you do Not want any hidden fees or surprises, do NOT do business with this dealership or if you must, do not give a second of your time to Derek Nguyen. More

Don't know where the love is coming from, as it's a pretty standard bait and switch dealer. I emailed, got a quote for 50k. Agreed to buy the car from Jessica in online sales and was sent a bill for 55 pretty standard bait and switch dealer. I emailed, got a quote for 50k. Their service department is inexcusably inept. I brought my very-low mileage new car in to them multiple times to investigate an engine noise that suggested a serious problem which Corporate Hyundai has bee my very-low mileage new car in to them multiple times to investigate an engine noise that suggested a serious problem which Corporate Hyundai has been very open about acknowledging, and working on correcting. Not once did this dealership go to the trouble of seriously looking into it. Finally I brought it to another dealership, and they did a proper investigation and immediately found the problem I'd been worried about. Hyundai Corporate will now cover all the costs of correcting the problem, but if I'd stayed with Hyundai IE, my car would have become worthless junk in short order. Their service department also has no concept of an appointment (I've waited hours before they even looked at my car in a scheduled appointment), and when they installed cargo bars on my roof rack, the locking cover on one promptly fell off. They offered to replace the missing part under warranty, but I never heard from them again about it. I've owned a number of cars, and I've never seen such an incompetent dealer service department. I had an awesome experience this week at Hyundai IE. After emailing them about a new Ioniq I was interested in, General Sales Manager Tony called me back directly (as opposed to the internet sales peopl After emailing them about a new Ioniq I was interested in, General Sales Manager Tony called me back directly (as opposed to the internet sales people you usually get at other dealerships, who then need to run everything by the GSM anyway, or claim they can get you a deal that they can't). He offered me a fantastic deal and we negotiated everything over the phone so it was all set when I came in. Jackie helped me out when I came in for my appointment, went through all the features on the car, was super friendly and informative about the entire process. There was no attempt at re-negotiating in person since Tony and I had already worked out a deal before I came in. Reza helped handle my trade-in, and he was also super welcoming and friendly. I did the paperwork with Sal, it was straightforward and quick, with no attempts to add anything on I wasn't aware of. Jackie gave me her number and has been in contact to make sure everything with the vehicle has been good since I left and if I had any questions that came up after I drove it a bit. The entire process from start to finish was enjoyable, comfortable, and honest. After having terrible and somewhat traumatic experiences at other dealerships and past purchases, it was a relief to leave feeling like I got a great deal and they were good people that took me seriously. Have already been recommending Hyundai IE to friends. More

Unlike the previous dealer, IE Hyundai and my salesperson, Lawrence Ruzagiliza, were extremely helpful and patience throughout the buying process. No pressure (like the other dealer) and very knowledgeable. I've had my Palisade for about a month and could not be more pleased with my purchase. It's hard to go more that a couple of days without strangers asking what it is. One thought it was an Infiniti, another a Cadillac. Hyundai builds excellent vehicles and Inland Empire Hyundai and Lawrence are excellent to deal with.. They have my highest recommendation. More
