We had considered the "usual suspects" but decided to visit our closest Hyundai dealership which is IEHyundai in Loma Linda and we are glad we did! And best of all we were super lucky to get Lamar Edwards as our salesperson. He was so fun! We test drove a couple of vehicles with no intention to buy at the time, but with the nice deal we got and the excellent customer service that Lamar provided, we figured why go anywhere else? And our brand new 2018 Santa Fe is perfect for what we were looking to get. Something attractive, safe, and reliable. Now, more about Lamar. He was awesome! He is not the pushy type of salesperson we often expect at dealerships. (you know what I am talking about.....) We laughed and had a great time. And even though they were super busy that day we did not mind waiting because we shot the breeze with Lamar sharing photos of our lives and stories of our favorite music, etc. He was super competent and eager to roll out the red carpet treatment for us. We appreciated that so much! We felt like we got a new friend, not just a new car. Thanks, Lamar for the experience. We can't wait to drive our new Santa Fe to Santa Fe with some bumping tunes to keep us company! :) More

Went in to buy one car and bought two My wife and I went in to buy a commuter car for myself and ended up buying two cars. Not only, upon our arrival, did he greet us and promise us that he was going to make us happy, he ended up following through and stayed late just to accommodate our needs as new car owners. He was comforting and extremely optimistic regarding our deal throughout the negotiation process. He didn't make feel that we were just another customer buying a car. He made us feel as if we were friends and he was trying to get us a good deal and stay as close to our bottom line as possible. We hope to deal with Lawrence in the future when we buy our next car.
