Sales Rep was very nice and respectful and was young looking guy. Sales manager was very rude. Sorry if you were on vacation then it wasn't a GM i suppose. In the room was my mom and I, the sales rep, sales manager, another man above the sales manager. My visit was yesterday 6/24/13 around 3:00pm. I'm sorry I don't recall the names due to how mad I was at this situation and no one had name tags. If you ask them about a customer to came to view the Used 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer they will remember who. My mom and I didn't like tone of voice that was being given. Customer Service is my top priority in my eyes to when it comes to purchasing anything.

I had a trade in car with title in hand not worth very much, I was quoted $300 for my trade in. We were stuck between set prices. This is what went on yesterday. My offer of $12,500 including tax, license, fees etc. plus my trade in. The counter offer was $14,100 including tax, license, fees etc. plus my trade in. I tried to go in between and I said $13,000 including tax, license, fees, etc plus my trade in. I'm not looking to finance the car. How can you help me?

I do appreciate the offer, how-ever it is well below my cost and below what I can get at wholesale auction for the vehicle which is between $12,950 and $13,400. I do not mind making little money or even no money, how-ever it wouldn't make much sense for me to sell the vehicle for less than what I am in it. From what I can see the counter offer prersented to you of $14,100 including government fees and taxes is at $200 over what I am in the vehicle. Unfortuantlety, your offer of $13,000 included taxes and fees would equate to over a $1,000 loss and over $1,000 less than I can get at wholesale auction. Considering the vehicle has a $13,400 wholesale bluebbok value, the $14,100 you where offered is an excellent deal. I'am sorry that this was not explained to you in a proffessional manner and that we upset you in the process, I hope that you can see that you would be getting a great deal at $14,100, I would hope that you would take advantage of the great offer and give us the opporunity to see that your experience is not typical of what our clients say about us. The vehicle you are inquiring about has a $13,400 wholesale blue book value, this vehicle will typically sell for $12,900 to $13,700 at wholesale auction which is where we typically clear out units over 90 days. I do not mind making little money or even no money when selling to a retail client, how-ever it would make no sense to lose money on a vehicle that I can clearance through wholesale auction at a profit. Your offers of $12,500 and subsequently $13,000 including government taxes and fees are substantially less than what my current cost is in the vehicle as well as substantially less than what I can get for the vehicle at wholesale auction. The offer you where presented of $14,100 was a fantastic deal as it is still at less than what this vehicle will do at auction and leaves me a $300 profit on a $13,000 investment. I apologize that this was not communicated to you in a professional manner, that is not typical of our customer experience as you can see from our other reviews.
