This dealership has operated in dishonor of the deal made with them for the purchase of a car. A Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. They have given poor communication, lack of consistency, let the temporary registratio with them for the purchase of a car. A Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. They have given poor communication, lack of consistency, let the temporary registration on the car expire before claiming to complete the full registration. Even still, they have refused or ignored requests for all documentation of the purchase as well as for receipt or simply proof that the official registration has been submitted. It was been 1-2 weeks since the temporary registration has expired. The company has ignored requests for documents and has failed to reply to any questions or comments since August 5th. Today is August the 14th. This company has put us at risk and highly inconvenienced our lives. This has affected our ability to use the car, travel to relevant places, and have stability in our lives. This has affected my mental and emotional health. Wages have been lost. These damages are significant and unnecessary. The dealership has refused or ignored specific written instructions provided to them for the contract that they acknowledged and accepted before the purchase was completed. They have refused communication while we have attempted to correct the situations that have occurred. They have refused to abide by the contract and instructions even though they were given Power of Attorney in order to complete the tasks needed. They were excited to get the application and complete the purchase but are very lax in finishing the final tasks needed. I had high expectations for this company yet I'm highly disappointed in their actions as well as their lack of communication. Still, have not received the official registration, a copy of the registration, a receipt of the registration being submitted, or all relevant documents for the purchase. More

Had my car at the dealership for a recall notice repair. Got in and out prior to the estimated time which was excellent. Jerry kept me informed during the time the work was being completed. I mentioned to h Got in and out prior to the estimated time which was excellent. Jerry kept me informed during the time the work was being completed. I mentioned to him I was having a problem syncing my new phone to the car and he was able to get someone who was able to help me. We also talked about my trunk which he thought needed an adjustment. That adjustment did not occur. I forgot about it until unfortunately having left the dealership. I think Jerry forgot too. I highly recommend Jerry since he truly wants to help you keep your car operating efficiently. More

Low ball trade in offer and typical car sales tactics that you come to expect from traditional car dealerships. Update: They suddenly want to up their trade in offer but then sell the car out from und that you come to expect from traditional car dealerships. (The one star was for the dealership’s very clean bathroom. Otherwise – NO STARS!) I usually don’t diss businesses, and never write this long, but you should know all of the details here. EVERY bathroom. Otherwise – NO STARS!) I usually don’t diss businesses, and never write this long, but you should know all of the details here. EVERY SINGLE bit was bad service and/or misrepresentation. We called ahead to make an appointment to see a vehicle that the dealership had advertised online. I told the woman I spoke with that we would be coming from North Carolina, so at least an hour away. (It was more like three hours for us, but I didn’t mention that.) She said that she would let us know if the car sold before the appointment, set for the next day. (It turns out that she wasn’t working that day, so I’m not sure what that was about.) We arrived 30 minutes after the appointment was set (although we had responded to the text that we received from the scheduler to let her know that we would be slow in arriving). Despite this, no one at the dealership could find the keys to the vehicle. We could hear everyone searching, asking each other if they knew where the keys were. After about 15 minutes, we gave them our phone number and told them that we were going to have something to eat – please let us know when they found the keys. (Had an excellent lunch at La Santa on Trade Street.) About an hour and half later, we called to see if they had found the keys. No, they had not, so we began to head for home. They called us before we got out of town, so we headed back to the dealership. When we got there, a different employee came to meet us and said “I hear you were working with [let’s say “Sam”], but we can’t find Sam, so I can help you.” Okaaaaay. However since they could not find Sam, who now presumably had the key, we could look at the outside and underneath the car but not in it. After about ten more minutes of waiting Sam did reappear. Things went downhill from there. My theory is that the reason you buy a used car from a dealership is to have some quality control. That was SO NOT THE CASE here. Although the salesperson said that the car had been checked by the mechanic – it had been traded in three days earlier – no one could open the hood until they drove it back to the shop, because the cable was broken! (The mechanic had to reach in from underneath.) When they were finally able to get it open it was evident it had not been opened in a significant amount of time. You could see the hood had not been opened by the previously undisturbed spider webs. This contradicts the salesman saying the vehicle had been inspected by the mechanics. The exhaust tail pipe was held onto the body of the vehicle only by the rubber vibration damper. It was not connected to the muffler. You could spin the last four feet of the exhaust pipe and watch it swing back and forth banging into the undercarriage of the car. Again, the salesman said this vehicle had been inspected. The brake pedal sank all the way to the floor and had to be pumped to get enough pressure to work the brakes. (Someone had driven the vehicle twice in order to bring it out to show us, so they definitely knew this.) The brake fluid reservoir was almost completely empty, and the fluid looked terrible. The check engine light was on. The car was very dirty, both inside and out, and had lots of leaves and other trash in the engine compartment and around all the door seals and front window. The interior was so dirty and grimy your hands came away soiled from anything you touched. The dealership did offer to sell the vehicle to us for 25% less than the advertised price, but there were too many warning signs, not to mention that the car would have been dangerous to drive home. Finally, way down in the fine print of the advertisement, it says that the price does not taxes, license, registration – all fair – but also a $499 “administration” fee, and that the price is only available if you finance the car through them. (We had other plans, if we had bought it.) More
