I was told that loaner will be available in few days but never got the loaner. if they had told me how long it was going to take to get the loaner, i would have went out and rented a car. i do not under never got the loaner. if they had told me how long it was going to take to get the loaner, i would have went out and rented a car. i do not understand how they would not know when the loaner would be available. when I was told that the loaner will be ready in few days again, i called service center and the car was fixed withint three days when I was told the ETA was about a month. I appreciated that they provided Uber one way to my home. but I had to struggle for few weeks just waiting for loaner which i never got. people were nice but just poor communication that affected my daily life. The wait was a little longer than expected for the amount of work done, but I love the professional and courteous manner of everyone at 110. This discrepancy between the vehicle presented and the one delivered was completely unexpected and deeply disappointing. I got an oil change service done and they forgot to tighten the drain plug so after a few days, it came off. My car’s oil was completely empty and it broke down in the middle of the highway putting my tighten the drain plug so after a few days, it came off. My car’s oil was completely empty and it broke down in the middle of the highway putting my life at risk. So I had to tow my car off the road to a safe location and called my brother to take me to the nearest authoZone to buy the drain plug and also a 5 quartz oil. We installed the plug and put the oil in to drive me home. The next day I went to the dealership and explained everything, all they said was “we’re sorry” How can you be so irresponsible to play with someone’s life.
