I’ve been to Hyundai of 110 service center a few times and will continue to use there service because of the friendly atmosphere, clean waiting room with coffee and something to eat for breakfast as I alw and will continue to use there service because of the friendly atmosphere, clean waiting room with coffee and something to eat for breakfast as I always go in the early morning. I have a suggestion: The 3% extra charge for use of a credit card should be seriously reviewed. I realize that there is a "Cost of doing business" but the extra cost of 3% is crazy. perhaps the 3% covers the complimentary Uber, or the online service updates, but it it should be straight up pricing, no hidden fees. I have been in the service business for a long time, and I know there are credit card service companies that will do better for you as a business (Less cost) than the credit service you are using. I know that I could have used my debit or paid with a check but that was not an option this time. Overall, I am very satisfied with your service, the professionalism of everyone and the accuracy of the service. Thank you, I will be back! More
