I had an 11am appointment for a recall and 2 minor repairs. At 2:30 (3 1/2 hours later) I went to check the status. I was told by Hunter (the person who gave me the approval paperwork when I arrived) repairs. At 2:30 (3 1/2 hours later) I went to check the status. I was told by Hunter (the person who gave me the approval paperwork when I arrived) that he couldn’t find my car and a technician had not been assigned to my car. The car had not been serviced at all! When I asked to speak to Hunter’s manager she was very rude. The manager Mikayla said, “There is nothing we can do about it now. You can leave your car for service or you can take it.” Horrible customer service after their mistake! As I told her, the conversation should have started with an apology. I love my Santa Fe (my 2nd one) but I will never go back to the Hyundai of Bedford location. More
TOTAL NIGHTMARE! I paid cash in full. Contacted them NUMEROUS times, but they never sent my title. I kept getting different excuses & outright lies. Salespeople even I paid cash in full. Salespeople even admitted there were a lot of customers calling in, wanting to know where their titles were. I had to get the Ohio Attorney General involved, & nearly 4 months after I paid cash for the car, the Attorney General said it had finally been titled in my name. But at the title dept, they said Bedford Hyundai had processed it as a loan, not a cash purchase. They suggested I call Hyundai Finance & have them fax the title dept. stating that I had no loan through Hyundai Finance (I also had my paid in full receipt). The Hyundai Finance guy admitted I had no account & no loan, but wouldn’t fax a statement saying so. He suggested I contact the dealership. On any calls to them, I get put on hold indefinitely or I get a machine & nobody calls me back. So, I’ve had to get the Ohio Attorney General involved AGAIN. I provided them with my evidence & am STILL waiting on my title as the case proceeds. SERIOUSLY…. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN! More
I guess I should have read the reviews that other people posted before going here. I would definitely not recommend Hyundai of Bedford. Lies and fake promises. Salesman said there was nothing on the Carfax with red flags and last owner was an older woman. Did not mention the car had been a rental. A second key was part of the sale and it took seven months to finally get the key after many follow-ups. Did not trade in the old car since the salesman "knew" someone who would buy it. That didn't happen. The car had a problem after one week. Went back and the salesman was no longer there. He did call and try to sell a car from the new dealership he was at. Told me the service department at Hyundai was terrible. Have had problems three times and had thought about trading it in and getting a lease. They offered $1000 less than what we still owe. We had put $4000 down and made 6 payments already. The "manager" said that KBB values have changed and the car was only worth that. Well I looked and I have to disagree with him. The closest car I found had only about 1000 less miles and was for sale at $5000 more than what they offered for the car. Never buy a used car there. I do understand the salesman left but the dealership should stand by what he told us when selling the car. The only person who actually helped was Bev in Servicing. More

I cancelled the insurance package in January when I purchased my leased Hyundai . I am still waiting for a refund . I don't know if it is elder abuse or this is common practice for all customers. Once you make the purchase, you are of no interest to them. They owe me over $3400. I followed all instructions in regards to cancelling the insurance. This is theft a crime. More
I can’t say anything else then save yourself time and avoid getting a Hyundai so you don’t have to deal with their service department. Their service department is a garbage show. I could write a book on the level (or non existent level) of “service I’ve experienced multiple times. But here are my warnings. Need warranty work or recalls… prepare to sit there for hours just to have to come back at a different time and sit there for even longer because they never have parts or loaner vehicles…. That is if they don’t lie about things. They will be happy to try and sell you another vehicle while you’re sitting there for 4-7 hours. It’s a genuine crap show in the service department. They’re fine to sell the vehicle to you but there is zero level of service. “They’ll get you out by end of the day” and not care of you have to sit there and cancel medical appointments because they misdiagnose your car and it’ll be another 4-5 hours to fix with no option of a loaner. That is after you have a 9:30 am appointment but don’t start working on your vehicle until 11:30. The whole story start to end is so long…. So bottom line, be prepared to sit there for hours with no care for your time or well being. I’m actively getting rid of my palisade to just get away from Hyundai service, especially this one. I’d put 0 stars if I could. I’m so disgusted and livid for the way they treat customers. Corporate was called and I was informed on my all my ACTUAL options were that were v NEVER discussed with me. It wasn’t until I started crying because I had to pick up my son with no car and about to call an Uber they “tried” to rectify the situation. I guess hysterical mothers aren’t great for business. In June 2023 I purchased a Hyundai Palisade. This was the worst experience ever. The truck needed a transmission. Every since then the Palisade. Been in and out the shop. Hyundai of bedford Forge my signature. And took out a bigger loan like a house. Loan out in my name and that wasn't a part of the agreement. The staff has been very nasty and disrespectful as well. Don't buy from this dealership. They will screw you over so badly. You'll feel some type away. This the second vehicle they done. Me like this with the Hyundai Palisade. Stay away from this horribly run service department. Took my car in because my GPS is acting up and 3 days later got it back saying I needed to update the software even though it was up to date. Took it back and they said there was a new software update to do but they installed the same version that had been on the car since before the first visit. Now they say they won’t accept my Allstate extended warranty even though other dealerships accept it and I bought it directly from a Genesis dealer. Complete waste of time and it still isn’t fixed. Go elsewhere. More

Hyundai of Bedford is NOT a full service dealer - no body work. I had my Tucson towed there and they couldn't address the repair and body work. Had to send a tow truck THREE times to get it moved as they k work. I had my Tucson towed there and they couldn't address the repair and body work.
