The finance person was also very helpful and went the extra mile to get us the best rate possible so the 2 stars are them. Once we arrived home with our car we noticed that there was something wrong with the driver’s side door locking mechanism. Reported the problem that night (only had possession of the car for 40 minutes) and was told a possible appointment could be made for the following week. This was unacceptable as the door would not lock and could open with the slightest pull, a dangerous condition when driving and a set up for a stolen car. It took a day to get an appointment, despite numerous calls to the dealership and service department NO ONE returned our calls. The service department as of the writing of this review the service department still has the car, no callbacks and no car. We spoke to 5 different people between the dealership and service department, all we have gotten are empty promises of a return call. Based on this experience I do not recommend buying a used car from this location. More

Once the purchase has been made nobody will give you the time of day! I've repeatedly called, emailed, texted trying to get answers on where my paperwork from the sale have been sent. I purchased and drove time of day! I've repeatedly called, emailed, texted trying to get answers on where my paperwork from the sale have been sent. I purchased and drove to Florida and was told wait at least 7 days before you try to title and register in Florida so the paperwork will be in the system. I go to Florida dmv to title and they can't find the VIN for the vehicle. DMV says to contact the dealership to get info on where the paperwork has been sent. Nobody will respond at Hyundai of Dundalk. I'm just asking a simple question, nothing. A very shady operation they have. Beware More

I dropped my vehicle off for service on Tuesday. They assured me it would be done by latest Wednesday. On Wednesday they said our bad definitely on Thursday morning. Worst new car buying experience ever! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for customer service. All the MVA paperwork was screwed up. Spoke with Sales Person Iisha over the phone. The vehicle that I inquired about was waiting for my son to view and test drive. My Son decided right on the spot to purchase the vehicle. The staff as well as Iisha was friendly and quite courteous they also invited us to have some pizza. The Sales and Financial staff spoke directly to my Son because he was the person spending his money. That really made a difference to him and myself. By the way, my Son's vehicle was Sale-Person Iisha's very first Sale since starting her job on the previous Monday. Congratulation Iisha. More
