Purchased a used 2018 Honda Odyssey on February 5, 2026. Two issues were present at or near delivery: the check engine light activated within two miles, and the factory DVD/entertainment system was non-func Two issues were present at or near delivery: the check engine light activated within two miles, and the factory DVD/entertainment system was non-functional and displayed a dealer-referral error message. The service department resolved the check engine issue promptly on February 11th and later resolved the DVD issue as well. They were professional and easy to work with. The sales-side communication experience was a different story. Over several weeks, I made close to a dozen phone calls -- roughly half unanswered -- and sent multiple written follow-ups. A manager was identified as someone who would respond to my emails. He never did. I resolved the matter by going around the sales contact and calling the service department myself. Would not recommend based on post-sale communication alone. More
I financed a car with this dealership at the end of January and it has almost been 60 days and that bank has still not recieved the title and paperwork they need for me to register the car in my state. Bought a vehicle from Hyundai of Dundalk and needed to cancel my tire protection plan. I came in on 2/16 to initiate the refund. Since then I’ve sent two emails to finance, submitted two messages through cancel my tire protection plan. I came in on 2/16 to initiate the refund. Since then I’ve sent two emails to finance, submitted two messages through their website contact form, and followed up multiple times via text. Every time I get either silence or a promise to “check on it” with no follow through. It’s been weeks and I still don’t have a refund or even a timeline. Getting someone to respond at this dealership after they’ve already made the sale is nearly impossible. Save yourself the headache. More

The finance person was also very helpful and went the extra mile to get us the best rate possible so the 2 stars are them. Once we arrived home with our car we noticed that there was something wrong with the driver’s side door locking mechanism. Reported the problem that night (only had possession of the car for 40 minutes) and was told a possible appointment could be made for the following week. This was unacceptable as the door would not lock and could open with the slightest pull, a dangerous condition when driving and a set up for a stolen car. It took a day to get an appointment, despite numerous calls to the dealership and service department NO ONE returned our calls. The service department as of the writing of this review the service department still has the car, no callbacks and no car. We spoke to 5 different people between the dealership and service department, all we have gotten are empty promises of a return call. Based on this experience I do not recommend buying a used car from this location. More

I purchased and drove to Florida and was told wait at least 7 days before you try to title and register in Florida so the paperwork will be in the system. I go to Florida dmv to title and they can't find the VIN for the vehicle. DMV says to contact the dealership to get info on where the paperwork has been sent. Nobody will respond at Hyundai of Dundalk. I'm just asking a simple question, nothing. A very shady operation they have. Beware More
