He explained what steps would be taken and I had to leave my car overnight. He hooked me up with transportation home and picked up the next morning. He showed professionalism and concern through the entire process. Hope I get him the next time my car needs serviced. More
I was pleased with my service just done this past week in September. But disappointed with my service done in April. Unlike my previous experience, this service experience was unsatisfactory from start to finish. As I sat in the waiting room while my car was serviced, I was approached by a representative who presented was unsatisfactory from start to finish. As I sat in the waiting room while my car was serviced, I was approached by a representative who presented me with an appraisal for my car. In the meantime, my car was sitting with the hazard lights on drawing power from my battery. I had requested an oil change and tire rotation, pointing out that the air pressure was leaking from one of my tires. During my overall wait of some two and a half (possibly more) hours later I declined the replacement of an in-cabin air filter and was told there was a nail in my tire. Reviewing the invoice, I discovered that the odometer reading had been erroneously recorded. In fact, the recorded mileage had been copied from the window sticker which alerts the driver when service is to be anticipated. I remained at the dealership at least another half hour until I was certain that a correction had been made. Even now, the current window sticker is based off the incorrect mileage reading. I chose to take my business elsewhere for tire replacement. Oddly enough in that encounter I was told that my battery was somewhat weak. Why, I wonder?! All of this being said, my service representative, Chloe remained supportive and respectful as she did her best to provide excellent customer service. More
