Terrible service, impossible to talk to anyone. When they actually do answer the phone, they're rude. Finally got my vehicle in, was told a part would be needed and only 1 day for it to get there. Tried to call, my advisor is unavailable. Nobody else wants to talk to you because they're all sales people and obviously not a team of people there to help. Finally get through to someone, who gives me an update and now that part wouldn't be available for a month. This is causing an electrical short which is randomly killing the battery and has required 3 separate jump starts leaving my wife and kids waiting on AAA each time. I asked for some help or another solution like a temporary vehicle. This car is a brand new 2024 Kona with less than 5000 miles on it. This advisor says he emailed his manager, you think within a few days a manager would respond, nope. Finally went in this morning, a week later, to go pick up the car because we need a way for my wife to get the kids to and from school and just have to risk it either way. So now, picking up the car, the guy who is helping is rude, doesn't have a business card, when asked to speak to the manager he refused, he refused to give us anything more than a first name, wouldn't give me the name of his manager either. When we asked for proof the part is actually ordered he tells us it's now delayed 6 MONTHS. If I didn't ask, he wouldn't have even told me. Then he told me that he couldn't give me a receipt or proof that the part was actually ordered. I got frustrated and my wife said you can't withhold that information, finally he decided to print the work order. I've never had such ridiculous service. They can take both cars I stupidly decided to lease through them. All I really wanted was some communication throughout this process, I should not have had to chase people down for multiple hours just to get some information. More

I dropped my car to service because there was a leak on my AC that’s it was blowing hot air and had issue with seat which wasn’t my main concern. My car stayed there more than a month, at the end they call my AC that’s it was blowing hot air and had issue with seat which wasn’t my main concern. My car stayed there more than a month, at the end they called me and told me that my car is ready there no leak on your AC it’s running good they just recharged the AC. I picked my car, it passed maybe 5 weeks my AC started blowing hot again and by the time my warranty expired. I called to cooperate explain the situation and they said to if the issue related with previous issue we will fix it and told me to go to servis on Monday. I went to service Monday morning I dropped my car and they said we will check it if the issue not related with previous one i have to pay $350 for diagnostic and i was ok with it. Funny story start here: It passed couple hours and they called me. They said last time you bring the car here we couldn’t fine leak (during more than a month) but now we check it and we found the leak but we can’t cover it so i have to pay almost $4000. To make to long story short; when i had warranty they couldn’t find a leak during more then a month, now i have no warranty it took only couple hours to find the leak 😂😂. Top of everything they made me pay $350 to figure this out More
