I was impressed by the ease of scheduling an appointment online. Also, pleased that I received an actual human phone call, confirming the appointment. My appointment was set for 9 o’clock. I showed up at 8:30 am. I came in to have my dash warning lights that were on diagnosed. It was over three hours before I was informed of anything. One of which was to change the oil in the rear axle of the Four wheel drive. I asked about how long would that take? I was told about 30 minutes. Ok, it was 2 more hours. Then I checked out. The service four wheel drive light is still on! I took back, the service person said it would go off, it has not. The electronic stabilizer light is on still. He said that I should take it to a Dodge dealer to have that diagnostic checked. It was now 2 o’clock. What a waste of my time, should have gone to the Dodge dealer to begin with. But, I purchased the truck at your dealership, with a warranty? If you can’t work on it you should have told my up front. More
