Unprepared during the checkin. No clue how long the requested work will take. Checking in I was told it will take hours to get the recall done. I arranged transport home and about 45 minutes later just as I arrived home I received a call that the car is ready. If I knew it would be ready within an hour I would have waited. It rained during checkout and when I asked where the car was I was told, "somewhere over there" pointing to the parking area "you can push the alarm button on the remote to find the car". The attitude was : it sucks to be you having to search for your car in the rain. I found the car in an area that was under about 6 inches of water that I had to walk through. This was the 2nd terrible experience at this service center within a month. One word Pathetic" I will never ever recommend this place to anybody. More
I was happy with the service performed on my vehicle, however customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone to check on status of service.. no one answers, g however customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After leaving 6 messages on different days, I asked the operator to speak to a manager, just to get an update. Poor communication. More
