I own a 2022 Hyundai Palosade Calligraphy bought it brand new $61,000 car & I’ve had soooooo many problems with the service side of Hyundai the whole time I’ve owned it. I just left there Friday for an oil change my experience was so bad the SALES side had to step in & make sure i was taken care off. Matt McKellop went above and beyond to help make sure i was taken care of before he did my appraisal on my vehicle. This will be the last Hyundai I’ll own due to the crappy service i receive from the service side of things More
