Service writer needs to be more organized my car was ready sitting outside and he never came to tell me so I went and asked someone else for my car. And when we went to my service writer desk it was a m ready sitting outside and he never came to tell me so I went and asked someone else for my car. And when we went to my service writer desk it was a mess keys and service orders all over he must have hat at least 10 sets of key to people cars that are ready and he no where to be found. More
