They try to charge you for things you don't need. Also, they add a percentage to the bill if you use a credit card but tell you until it's time to pay the bill. I finally went to the guy leaning against the wall and asked him to help me. I started buying cars and using the service center in at O'Brien in 1994. After my last experience, I will never be back.
