Had a horrible experience with the finance department. It took me weeks to get a Hyundai Extended Warranty. First dealt with Victor Rojas who I found out left the company and then left a number of messages for Chris Yslas and got no return phone call. Finally got ahold to a guy named Brandon Pallottino who took forever to get me a correct quote...... then I found out that Brandon left. Finally, got a random email with a docusign contract for a Extended Warranty and the information on it was wrong. So I literally had to drive to the dealership demand to talk to a Finance person David Cossairt and we had to undo the wrong contract and then create another one with the correct information on it. Total mess very disappointed in the process and the service... More
Was charged to replace wiper blades but they were not replaced. Still waiting for my refund check of$44.59 for the charge of the wipers blades that I was told I would receive.
