The advisor I had was great. Kept me apprised of how things were going. I bought four new tires. The service team evaluated the car and made recommendations but when we said we wanted their recommendations done, they said we would have to come back for another appointment because our car w recommendations but when we said we wanted their recommendations done, they said we would have to come back for another appointment because our car was already out of service. I contacted Ft Myers Hyundai about a paint issue with the rear window visor. It so happened that this part of the vehicle prematurely faded. I spoke with Steve and he indicated that paint warranty had expire rear window visor. It so happened that this part of the vehicle prematurely faded. I spoke with Steve and he indicated that paint warranty had expired. Steve mentioned because I had been a good customer, and they valued my business, the Dealership would take care of the issue. I brought the vehicle back at my convenience and they completed the paint repair. Alls well that ends well ...as they say. More
3% fee credit card use terrible. Credit card use is the cost of doing business as are lights and A/C. When I told the customer rep I had one in July he said then just forget about it. I have serviced my car there religiously for 10 years. I asked for a discount since I have been a very loyal customer. I did recent a discount but it should have been offered to me rather me having to ask for it. All in all very disappointed especially the credit card fee. You will lose customers concerning this More
