I was satisfied with the service received, however your online appointment booking system allowed me to book an 8:00AM appointment on Sunday , Feb 11 . I received 3 confirmation texts in the days preceding online appointment booking system allowed me to book an 8:00AM appointment on Sunday , Feb 11 . I received 3 confirmation texts in the days preceding my appointment. When I arrived at 8:00 AM on Sunday I discovered that your service hours on Sunday don't begin until 9:00 AM . I had to sit around waiting for close to an hour waiting for someone to assist. Please fix your online appointment booking system to match your service hours. More
