Thanks for the reply. You already have my information under my name, Rovena Frangu for a Santa Fe Plug in Hybrid. I only want to have my car done asap. I wish this does not happen in the future and that you hire more techs or whatever the problem may be. There is the problem of miscommunication. Additionally, i had to pay for this gas fpr 2.5 weeks and i would like for the dealership to pay for that. I would have spent a max 10 dollars in charging my car with no gas.
