Absolute the worst service department I've ever dealt with, too my car in for service on 3/9/21, was getting my oil changed, new tires put on, sunroof repaired and clutch looked at as it is making a weir with, too my car in for service on 3/9/21, was getting my oil changed, new tires put on, sunroof repaired and clutch looked at as it is making a weird noise, well I got the tires installed and think the oil was changed (I paid for it) but there was no service sticker on my windshield, I was told my sunroof couldn't be repaired because they didn't have the bolts needed to fix it, I was to receive a call when bolts came in. Fast forward 2 weeks and still haven't received a call from service dept, so I called them, 1st time I got disconnected so I called back, this time I get transferred to 4 different people until I reach the service department manager, he set me an appt for today 3/29/21 at 7a.m. by noon I still haven't heard from anyone in service so I called to check the status of my car, no one could give me any info dais my service agent was on lunch and he was left a message to call me when he got back, well come 2pm I still haven't heard from anyone so I call back again, this time I get the manager again who informs me the bolts needed to fix my sunroof still weren't in (2 weeks later) I said what do you mean? If the bolts weren't in why did you schedule me an appt to come in to hand my sunroof fixed today? He said my service advisor Charles Santana was suppose to call me this morning to let me know but of course no one called. This place wasted my time and cost me a day off work for no reason, I would not recommend anyone outside their manufacture warranty not to use O'Brien Hyundai or Ft. Myers More

Deceitful & Reckless Service I have been leasing from O'Brien Hyundai since 2016. I own a used Tacoma from O'Brien Mazda. My Hyundai Kona is under lease and warranty at O'Brien Hy I have been leasing from O'Brien Hyundai since 2016. I own a used Tacoma from O'Brien Mazda. My Hyundai Kona is under lease and warranty at O'Brien Hyundai. Read on to see how I was treated for my loyalty. My Kona AC is not cooling at all and I took it in for service last Saturday August 1. Ernesto was my service advisor. I was informed that it would be no charge for me since the car is under warranty. I explained that I have a 2-year-old boy and this is his ride along with my wife's. I requested a loaner, Ernesto said that would not be possible. He offered Enterprise rental at a āspecial rateā, but for that I would need to come back Monday 8/10. I was also told, that some parts are needed which would be in by Wednesday, August 5. I will get a call once the parts arrive and I can bring the car in for service. Wednesday 8/5 came and gone. There was no phone call in the first place from Ernesto. On 8/5 I had to call during my work hours, stay on hold for a while and finally was told one part arrive and the other did not. Since then I have been calling and getting all kinds of vague updates, including "FedEx is delivering parts by 3 PM", "We should know more tomorrow". The phone tags and cat & mouse game continued throughout Thursday 8/6. This caused me stress at work, absence from work projects and of course deep distress for by 2-eyar-old child and my wife. The day, Thursday 8/6 ended for me in false anticipation. Friday 8/7 came, and I called to find Ernesto is off that day and on one has any update on my service request. I left messages today Saturday 8/8 for service manager Gary and on Ernesto's phone. No answer so far. At this point, my 2-year-old has had couple of occasions of heat exhaustion. My wife, kid and I cannot put a full stop on our life, work and commute. I am letting Hyundai know, that should a medical situation arise, Hyundai will have to be liable. The reason is: I was continually misled, ignored, de-prioritized, and possibly discriminated against due to whatever prejudice Ernesto and Gary may hold against me and my family. More
